My new book, Abigail Cottage has caused quite a stir. There is a chapter which explains how one of the characters, Rosa, a Romany gypsy, unleashed the power of her crystals to connect with the spirit world. Is this a true fact? You bet it is. Crystals work with your vibration, enhancing it and making you shine like a bright light in the darkness. We are all energy encased in a vehicle we call the body. When we pass on, that energy is released. In all my books you will read little factual titbits about the after life. Abigail Cottage has many and I think that's what attracts people to the book. I plan to read your book...I just have so many that I'm reviewing right now. I can't wait to read the part about the crystals. I've always had a fascination about "energy" since I visited the Astro-Soul healing.

Ah, but i am only a thought away, ginger. A lot of my books carry facts about my work. I just weave them imto the fiction. We all deal with the same energy source. The universe. Astro soul healing being a form of spiritual healing. Pick away.

ReplyDeleteWhat a fascinating subject. Who isn't curious about the after life? I think it's smart to put that in your books and tell people about it, especially with your credibility. I think paranormal will be a continuing popular genre. After all, throughout history, people have always talked about it.I wish you continued success.-laura

ReplyDeleteThe MC in my current WIP uses gemstones to enhance her powers. So I find the premise of Rosa using crystals to connect with the spirit world intriguing.
ReplyDeleteCrystals/gemstones are used by mediums all the time to enhanse their communication with the sopirit world, natasha. So it looks like your sneaking little factual tidbits into your books too.

ReplyDeleteBut I have a large chunk of rose quartz right here on my desk, and pocket-sized pieces of a whole range of crysals and stones.
Plus a very fine and clear crystal ball.
Just goes to show, not all scientists are fundamentalist about it ;)
